The idea

Palette lab is an illustrative interface experiment about exploring color relationships. The concept pairs a generous swatch canvas with small, readable color values. It is sample portfolio content; there is no live color-generation tool behind this preview.

Design direction

  • Let the color palette be the main interaction surface.
  • Keep labels legible across light and dark swatches.
  • Use restrained interface chrome so the colors remain the focus.
